Requirements
- Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and empowering teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience driving process improvement.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work asynchronously in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team.
- Support professional growth and identify development opportunities for team members.
- Act as a strategic escalation point for complex implementation issues.
- Own the delivery of global payroll implementation projects.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and SLAs.
- Standardise and improve global payroll implementation processes and documentation.
- Partner with Product, Payroll Ops, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding implementation performance.
