Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across Poland.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Project Set-up: Run kick-off meetings and deliver implementation project plans.
  • Client and Project Management: Coordinate project streams and manage scope changes.
  • Payroll Process Requirements: Define client payroll processes and manage calendars.
  • Documentation: Maintain project plans, status reports, and process documentation.
  • System Set-up: Configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll.
  • Go-live Transition: Manage project sign-off and document client-specific processes.
  • Data Analysis: Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
  • Compliance: Ensure processes adhere to local tax and labor laws.
