Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building B2B2C infrastructure or trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of order types, execution models, custody, and settlement.
- Track record of shipping B2B products that partners integrate.
- Technical fluency to handle architecture discussions and build/buy tradeoffs.
- Experience operating in regulated financial services.
- Knowledge of compliance and licensing constraints.
- Strong product sense with commercial awareness.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and alignment skills.
- Comfort operating in high-scale, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Trade product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Build and externalize our Crypto-as-a-Service API suite.
- Extend the API suite to support more trade types and manage trading workflows.
- Broaden access beyond B2B partners to every Kraken account holder.
- Design systems across order management, execution, custody integration, and compliance.
- Drive partner-led product development by working directly with clients.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through build, launch, and iteration.
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver globally scalable platform capabilities.
- Drive key metrics including partner adoption and integration velocity.
- Partner with Sales and BD to support strategic deals through product expertise.
