Requirements
- Extensive experience in Product Management at Director level.
- Experience managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS (CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems).
- Expertise in managing global, enterprise-scale cloud services.
- Experience delivering complex BSS/OSS projects and digital transformations.
- Proficiency with security, scalability, and high-volume transaction use-cases.
- Strong understanding of API Gateways, Identity Management, and Data analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Strongly preferred: Prior software development experience.
- Well-versed in SQL and Kibana.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for Lead-to-cash, Data analytics, Identity, Accounts & users, and API gateway.
- Define and execute product strategy, including the evolution of AI integrations.
- Operationally manage the product management team.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Carrier, and Engineering teams.
- Prioritize and manage trade-offs across all product lines.
- Drive development speed and efficiency with Engineering and Operations.
- Provide stewardship for digital transformation of business support systems.
