Requirements

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience driving process improvement.
- Proficiency with payroll systems like SAP or Workday.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analytical and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work asynchronously in a distributed environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team.
- Support professional growth and identify development opportunities for team members.
- Act as a strategic escalation point for complex implementation issues.
- Own delivery of global payroll implementation projects, ensuring timelines and compliance.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and SLAs, identifying risks and corrective actions.
- Standardize and improve global payroll implementation processes, tools, and documentation.
- Partner with Product, Payroll Ops, Legal, and Customer Success to enhance workflows.
- Lead UAT, process validations, and change management initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project status.
