- In-depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding RDBMS/SQL concepts.
- Troubleshooting techniques and operations.
- Meticulous and process-oriented.
- Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Develop, update, and manage project plans and timelines.
- Oversee client communications, issue resolution, and status reporting.
- Report client project metrics and translate them into actionable business plans.
- Lead and moderate recurring client calls for status updates and performance reviews.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and oversee action items.
- Prepare and conduct presentations for senior/executive leadership and clients.
