Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in client strategy, account management, or customer success.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO principles and dashboard interpretation.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to hold a professional presence.
- Sales experience or a sales-driven mindset.
- Strategic thinker capable of setting, defending, and adjusting plans.
- Experience managing marketing funnels end-to-end (assets, landing pages, CRM).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel marketing strategy (lead generation, retargeting, CRM automation).
- Set creative direction for video and image assets.
- Analyze paid advertising and SEO performance data to adjust strategies.
- Translate marketing analytics into actionable insights for clients.
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of ~30 accounts.
- Lead weekly or biweekly client strategy calls.
- Proactively manage client communication and relationship health.
- Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health.
- Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities.
