Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in client strategy, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency environment preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and dashboard interpretation.
  • Strong verbal communication and ability to hold a professional presence.
  • Sales experience or a sales-driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinker capable of setting, defending, and adjusting plans.
  • Experience managing marketing funnels end-to-end (assets, landing pages, CRM).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-funnel marketing strategy (lead generation, retargeting, CRM automation).
  • Set creative direction for video and image assets.
  • Analyze paid advertising and SEO performance data to adjust strategies.
  • Translate marketing analytics into actionable insights for clients.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of ~30 accounts.
  • Lead weekly or biweekly client strategy calls.
  • Proactively manage client communication and relationship health.
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities.
