Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Familiarity with website analytics, tracking platforms, and performance optimization best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and driving measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and optimize client outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performance
  • Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needs
  • Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retention
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth
