Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 5+ years with an MBA.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic client segments (Single Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, Wealth Management).
- Strong work ethic and proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Data and metric driven approach.
- Ability to adapt to new demands with a sense of urgency.
- Experience interacting with senior leaders and C-level management.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for key and strategic clients.
- Ensure maximum platform value through strategic guidance and partnership.
- Drive adoption success, retention, and renewal.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver quarterly business reviews.
- Act as the internal voice of the client to Product, Marketing, and Services teams.
- Diagnose business operations and prescribe appropriate solutions.
- Articulate Addepar’s value propositions to the partner community.
