Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 5+ years with an MBA.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic client segments (Single Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, Wealth Management).
  • Strong work ethic and proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Data and metric driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt to new demands with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience interacting with senior leaders and C-level management.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for key and strategic clients.
  • Ensure maximum platform value through strategic guidance and partnership.
  • Drive adoption success, retention, and renewal.
  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver quarterly business reviews.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client to Product, Marketing, and Services teams.
  • Diagnose business operations and prescribe appropriate solutions.
  • Articulate Addepar’s value propositions to the partner community.
