Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Experience in DTC subscription apps.
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets.
- Deep knowledge of Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Experience with high-volume creative testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of visual creative formats.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Tableau), and GA4.
- Proactive in tracking industry and competitor trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume creative testing at scale.
- Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid-7 figures annually).
- Focus on visual-first campaign types: Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube.
- Deliver sustainable DTC acquisition in line with LTV/CAC and ROI targets.
- Monitor performance KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends to identify testing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the PPC team across other apps.
- Implement automation and scripts to improve efficiency.
