- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and creative producers to translate campaign concepts into polished, on-brand assets.
- Own the end-to-end production of creative deliverables from brief intake through final delivery.
- Manage timelines and quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to building and maintaining scalable production systems including reusable templates, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics components.
- Incorporate performance data and iteration feedback into the creative process.
- Produce motion graphics, animated ads, and video content optimized for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Apply brand guidelines and performance marketing best practices.
- Stay current with trends in motion design, ad formats, and emerging digital creative tools.
