Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate or healthcare management
- 7+ years of experience managing large, national health plan payer accounts
- 7+ years of experience managing payment integrity audit programs
- 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong project and program management skills
- Strong management skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
- Exceptional influencing, facilitation, and communication skills
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related field preferred
- Certified coder, registered nurse, or healthcare management certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Build relational networks within assigned accounts
- Lead cross-functional client-related projects
- Mentor and train Client Success Managers
- Identify opportunities to expand services footprint
- Manage account financial targets and forecasting
- Monitor overall account health and client satisfaction
- Handle escalated problem solving and billing issues
- Direct and supervise work of team members
- Set clear expectations aligned with company strategy
