Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- SaaS or healthcare background preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk preferred.
- Exposure to cross-functional project management tools such as JIRA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and project manage multiple internal workstreams.
- Maintain account plans, trackers, and project documentation.
- Drive follow-through on action items from meetings and reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure execution against commitments.
- Support development of materials for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Analyze engagement, enrollment, and outcomes data to identify trends.
- Translate complex data into client-ready insights.
- Support strategies to increase enrollment and member engagement.
- Assist with renewal tracking and documentation.
