Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Background or experience in Healthcare and Digital Health
- Experience in companies ranging from startup to Fortune 50 size
- Proven track record of driving revenue expansion and relationship development
- Experience in or knowledge of field sales or account management
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects
- Aptitude for using data to drive decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Sophisticated presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term client relationships
- Independently own and execute new business and upsell client implementations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB segment clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve stakeholder cases
- Contribute to operational metrics including CSAT, response time, and churn
- Maintain and enhance cross-functional processes with Sales and Marketing
- Promote outreach best practices and quarterly campaign strategies
- Identify opportunities for scale and build execution plans
- Drive overall customer satisfaction and product expansion
- Contribute to team and cross-functional projects
