Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales account management.
- Proven track record managing complex solutions for National or Global accounts.
- Strong executive relationship management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel (up to 30%).
- Professional demeanor with business maturity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales account plans for a mid-size portfolio of named accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through expansion and cross-selling of First Advantage products.
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with customers.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including MSAs, SLAs, and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and service operations.
- Provide expert consultation to resolve customer issues and improve programs.
- Develop reporting programs to demonstrate value and partnership compliance.
