Requirements

  • Strong executive relationship management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel (up to 30%).
  • Professional demeanor with business maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales account plans for a mid-size portfolio of named accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion and cross-selling of First Advantage products.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with customers.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including MSAs, SLAs, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and service operations.
  • Provide expert consultation to resolve customer issues and improve programs.
  • Develop reporting programs to demonstrate value and partnership compliance.
