Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience in sales account management.
- Experience managing complex solutions for National or Global accounts.
- Experience managing C-level relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 40-50 hour work week as required.
- 2 years of virtual work experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for named Industrial accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through sales of First Advantage background screening products.
- Identify cross-functional resources to maximize account penetration.
- Deliver quarterly and annual business reviews to clients.
- Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SLAs, and SOWs.
- Monitor revenue trends and analyze competitive threats.
- Coordinate with client, operations, and technology teams to maintain service levels.
- Provide solutions to business problems by analyzing root causes.
