Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years experience in sales account management.
  • Experience managing complex solutions for National or Global accounts.
  • Experience managing C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work 40-50 hour work week as required.
  • 2 years of virtual work experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for named Industrial accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through sales of First Advantage background screening products.
  • Identify cross-functional resources to maximize account penetration.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual business reviews to clients.
  • Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SLAs, and SOWs.
  • Monitor revenue trends and analyze competitive threats.
  • Coordinate with client, operations, and technology teams to maintain service levels.
  • Provide solutions to business problems by analyzing root causes.
