Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales account management.
  • Experience managing complex solutions for strategic national or global accounts.
  • Proven experience building C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and business maturity.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build internal partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for company products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitor offerings and company pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SLAs, and SOWs.
  • Analyze customer program trends and make optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal account teams to review program performance.
