Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of sales account management experience.
- Experience managing complex solutions for National/Global accounts.
- Established experience working with C-level relationships.
- Familiarity with Staffing, BPO, or RPO industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with Salesforce for CRM management.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI or Looker Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account management plans for named accounts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing base.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Manage customer contractual documentation (MSAs, SLAs, SOWs).
- Monitor and report on program performance and trends.
- Provide internal leadership in a matrixed environment.
- Manage customer renewals and respond to RFPs.
- Coordinate with client operations and technology teams.
- Resolve client issues and perform root cause analysis.
