Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales account management experience.
  • Experience managing complex solutions for National/Global accounts.
  • Established experience working with C-level relationships.
  • Familiarity with Staffing, BPO, or RPO industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for CRM management.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI or Looker Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account management plans for named accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing base.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Manage customer contractual documentation (MSAs, SLAs, SOWs).
  • Monitor and report on program performance and trends.
  • Provide internal leadership in a matrixed environment.
  • Manage customer renewals and respond to RFPs.
  • Coordinate with client operations and technology teams.
  • Resolve client issues and perform root cause analysis.
