Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales account management, managing complex solutions for National or Global accounts.
- C-level relationship management experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated networking capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Preferred: Experience in the transportation industry (DOT, FMCSA, Driver Qualification).
- Preferred: 3 years of virtual work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for named accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify and cross-sell additional products and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Manage customer contractual documentation, renewals, and proposal responses.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive threats.
- Maintain knowledge of background screening regulations and client-specific programs.
