Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales account management, managing complex solutions for National or Global accounts.
  • C-level relationship management experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Preferred: Experience in the transportation industry (DOT, FMCSA, Driver Qualification).
  • Preferred: 3 years of virtual work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for named accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify and cross-sell additional products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Manage customer contractual documentation, renewals, and proposal responses.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive threats.
  • Maintain knowledge of background screening regulations and client-specific programs.
