  • Assist customers in achieving their goals within the platform.
  • Provide patient and professional support to resolve user issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Identify and route potential demo or technical support opportunities.
  • Monitor and maintain support metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze common issues and help develop customer training programs.
