Responsibilities
- Learn and navigate the Breezy HR platform thoroughly.
- Assist customers in achieving their goals within the platform.
- Provide patient and professional support to resolve user issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Identify and route potential demo or technical support opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain support metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze common issues and help develop customer training programs.
