Requirements

  • Experience partnering with customers to define business outcomes and success plans.
  • Background in customer success, post-sales, or professional services.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of customers.
  • Skill in handling escalations in technical environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to apply transferable skills to technical adoption and success planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to turn pre-sales command plans and desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers on effective use of the GitLab platform, including DevSecOps best practices, Git workflows, and CI/CD.
  • Own a portfolio of customers and advance adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain Customer Success Plans defining goals, KPIs, and progress.
  • Act as primary liaison coordinating questions, issues, and escalations across internal teams.
  • Provide hands-on onboarding and technical enablement on new GitLab features.
  • Program manage account escalations by clarifying root causes and coordinating follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Services and internal partners to identify training and maturity opportunities.
