Requirements
- Practical understanding of Git and common branching strategies.
- Working knowledge of modern software development lifecycles.
- Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
- Experience partnering with customers to define business outcomes and success plans.
- Background in customer success, post-sales, or professional services.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of customers.
- Skill in handling escalations in technical environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to apply transferable skills to technical adoption and success planning.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to turn pre-sales command plans and desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
- Guide customers on effective use of the GitLab platform, including DevSecOps best practices, Git workflows, and CI/CD.
- Own a portfolio of customers and advance adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
- Build and maintain Customer Success Plans defining goals, KPIs, and progress.
- Act as primary liaison coordinating questions, issues, and escalations across internal teams.
- Provide hands-on onboarding and technical enablement on new GitLab features.
- Program manage account escalations by clarifying root causes and coordinating follow-up.
- Collaborate with Services and internal partners to identify training and maturity opportunities.
