Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing or project management within the construction industry.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience in an international context.
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach in ambiguous environments.
  • Self-structured, self-driven, and ambitious personality.
  • Passion for people development and coaching.
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy for Fieldwire post-sales and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Establish functional and disciplinary management of the Account Management Organization.
  • Develop and manage an engaged, talented, and outperforming team.
  • Deliver organizational objectives for Account Management Sales through renewal practices and expansion frameworks.
  • Reach quarterly and annual sales targets through remote selling and Customer Life-Cycle-Management.
  • Lead, train, and coach managers using situational leadership and Hilti People Review methodology.
  • Develop and establish Sales Management Processes (KPIs, shop floors).
  • Engage in top accounts and manage strategic direction of the team.
  • Monitor market dynamics to improve market penetration and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with customer service, sales, marketing, and software support.
