- Design and execute a high-volume recruiting funnel, managing conversion, time-to-hire, and cost-per-qualified-contractor targets.
- Manage recruitment marketing and ad spend across job boards, sponsored campaigns, and referral programs to meet staffing needs for 4,000 locations.
- Architect the recruiting operations stack, including configuring ATS workflows, automation, tagging, and dashboards.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to manage 1099 contractor classification, tax collection, and agreements.
- Codify all processes and systems into documented, repeatable playbooks for cross-program application.
