Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with SaaS &/or UCaaS platforms
- 2+ years of experience in account management and revenue development
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM
- 2+ years of experience presenting to department leaders via phone and video conference
- Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government
- Strong skills in relationship selling
- Effective business communication skills
- Competitive and collaborative mentality
Responsibilities
- Identify revenue expansion and new business opportunities inside assigned account base.
- Cross-sell new brands, security enhancements, and new-to-market AI and healthcare SaaS.
- Negotiate long-term contracts (36-60 months) with existing clients.
- Perform ongoing data analysis to identify opportunities and save potential cancellations.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate large-deal strategies and sales campaigns.
- Achieve critical KPIs and quota attainment through revenue retention and growth.
