Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with SaaS &/or UCaaS platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in account management and revenue development
  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • 2+ years of experience presenting to department leaders via phone and video conference
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government
  • Strong skills in relationship selling
  • Effective business communication skills
  • Competitive and collaborative mentality

Responsibilities

  • Identify revenue expansion and new business opportunities inside assigned account base.
  • Cross-sell new brands, security enhancements, and new-to-market AI and healthcare SaaS.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts (36-60 months) with existing clients.
  • Perform ongoing data analysis to identify opportunities and save potential cancellations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate large-deal strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Achieve critical KPIs and quota attainment through revenue retention and growth.
