Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting.
- Experience in health insurance or self-insurance fields.
- Proven ability to manage consultative executive relationships.
- Experience with renewal negotiations.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, reports, and financial metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of presentation skill for large audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of consultant and employer accounts to drive retention and value creation.
- Support proactive account planning and renewal strategy to protect recurring revenue.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with consultants and employer stakeholders.
- Lead executive level business reviews and strategy sessions.
- Drive end-to-end renewal execution including data validation and underwriting coordination.
- Identify opportunities for value expansion and adoption of cost savings solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and underwriting teams.
- Translate complex data and reporting into actionable insights for clients.
