Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting.
  • Experience in health insurance or self-insurance fields.
  • Proven ability to manage consultative executive relationships.
  • Experience with renewal negotiations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, reports, and financial metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of presentation skill for large audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of consultant and employer accounts to drive retention and value creation.
  • Support proactive account planning and renewal strategy to protect recurring revenue.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with consultants and employer stakeholders.
  • Lead executive level business reviews and strategy sessions.
  • Drive end-to-end renewal execution including data validation and underwriting coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for value expansion and adoption of cost savings solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and underwriting teams.
  • Translate complex data and reporting into actionable insights for clients.
