Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales in retail or SaaS/technology sectors.
- Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Strong budget management experience from scoping through renewal.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data dashboards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with brand and retail partners.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of technology into client workflows.
- Analyze and present data that demonstrates program ROI.
- Deliver scheduled business reviews with actionable recommendations.
- Build budgets, secure renewals, and propose upsells.
- Ensure services are completed within budget and scope.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
