Requirements
- Experience building and scaling complex systems at the intersection of data, operations, and UX.
- Track record of taking projects from inception to delivery.
- Proficiency in turning ambiguous raw material into structured workflows.
- Experience with data integrity and generating insights from datasets.
- Strong scientific curiosity and comfort engaging with technical communities.
- Advanced training in science or engineering is a significant plus.
- Proven stakeholder leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end fellow selection system.
- Proactively attract exceptional scientific talent.
- Maintain integrity and independence of the selection process.
- Evolve systems to capture reviewer signals and founder trajectories.
- Transform application data into insights on emerging science and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape impact strategy.
- Design and scale systems, tools, and workflows for fellow selection.
- Innovate new products and datasets based on pipeline intelligence.
- Leverage AI and new technologies to improve selection quality and speed.
