Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience owning a large, complex hiring plan end to end including workforce planning and capacity modeling.
- Strong analytical instincts for building models and using metrics to drive decisions.
- Clear philosophy on hiring bar and ability to calibrate teams around that standard.
- Proven ability to build and develop a recruiting team.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Track record of building recruiting systems and processes that produce predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Experience hiring across EPD, GTM, and G&A functions.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby.
- Experience standing up or evolving a recruiting operations function.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute a multi-year talent strategy that delivers hiring velocity and quality at scale.
- Own workforce planning and forecasting in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
- Build and evolve the recruiting systems, processes, and tooling that support predictable and proactive hiring.
- Lead and develop a recruiting team of managers, ICs, and coordinators, establishing clear performance standards.
- Set and protect the hiring bar across all functions, ensuring calibration is consistent.
- Partner closely with functional leaders across EPD, GTM, and G&A to align on priorities.
- Ensure hiring performance is measurable and visible to the recruiting team and executive team.
- Represent the talent function at the executive level with clarity and credibility.
