Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision and velocity.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to surface and engage top-tier engineering candidates.
- Lead candidate outreach and pitch company mission.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and define hiring profiles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data trends.
