- Strong understanding of roofing terminology and structural elements.
- Competence in handling digital tools and software for data entry and image manipulation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills to navigate software issues or measurement challenges.
Responsibilities
- Input address and customer details into the Roofer platform to initiate roof measurements.
- Select and manage roof imagery that would be used.
- Precisely draw roof outlines using tools like the 90-degree snapping feature.
- Label various roof features including eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes.
- Assign the correct pitch to each roof facet.
- Utilize the platform's layering and editing tools to organize and refine measurement details.
- Save ongoing projects and return to them as needed.
- Generate the final roof report and send it to clients or stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of 100% quality and 100% turnaround time from day one.
- Review notes from clients and the support team to ensure no details are overlooked.
