Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in L&D, Training, Technical Support, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation, or curriculum design.
- Experience in healthcare or compliance-heavy industries.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Experience with remote teams or virtual staff.
- Familiarity with process mapping and SOP creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programs and learning pathways.
- Develop engaging learning materials including SOPs, videos, guides, and simulations.
- Facilitate live training sessions and workshops.
- Transform technical onboarding processes into scalable learning systems.
- Assess learning effectiveness and adjust training based on performance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Success, and Compliance.
- Support compliance audits and implement process improvements.
