Requirements

  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and enhance reporting.
  • Enable data-driven territory planning using CRM and financial insights.
  • Manage and optimise ChurnZero workflows, plays, and templates.
  • Maintain strong spreadsheet and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify and address GTM inefficiencies by tracking issues and improving workflows.
  • Support inbound triage and act as a key escalation point.
  • Drive customer retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
