Requirements

- Experience with ChurnZero, Salesforce, or similar SaaS tools.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and enhance reporting.
- Enable data-driven territory planning using CRM and financial insights.
- Manage and optimise ChurnZero workflows, plays, and templates.
- Maintain strong spreadsheet and reporting capabilities.
- Identify and address GTM inefficiencies by tracking issues and improving workflows.
- Support inbound triage and act as a key escalation point.
- Drive customer retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
