Requirements
- JLPT N2 certification (N1 preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Mastery of Keigo (honorific Japanese) in spoken and written forms.
- 0-2 years of full-time professional experience in operations or analytics.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Assist with training program preparation and launch, including application management and staff hiring.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to run data science and analytics training programs.
- Troubleshoot learner needs and provide timely support.
- Perform statistical and anecdotal analysis on product data for actionable insights.
- Manage live class operations, including work on Saturdays.
- Execute ad hoc projects and support growth strategy testing.
