Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as operation head/manager in Technical Support (Microsoft M365).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Experience in Concierge LOB (preferred).
  • Hardware requirements: Laptop (16 GB RAM), Windows 11 Pro, 50 MBPS internet.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies with senior management and develop policies.
  • Implement effective processes and standards.
  • Manage team operations and create new solutions.
  • Communicate team goals, deliverables, and updates.
  • Provide guidance to in-house management trainees.
  • Monitor NSAT scores and team productivity.
  • Induct new engineers and team leaders.
  • Manage critical and complex changes.
  • Initiate and drive continuous service improvement plans.
  • Handle performance management, career development, and retention.
