Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as operation head/manager in Technical Support (Microsoft M365).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Experience in Concierge LOB (preferred).
- Hardware requirements: Laptop (16 GB RAM), Windows 11 Pro, 50 MBPS internet.
Responsibilities
- Create strategies with senior management and develop policies.
- Implement effective processes and standards.
- Manage team operations and create new solutions.
- Communicate team goals, deliverables, and updates.
- Provide guidance to in-house management trainees.
- Monitor NSAT scores and team productivity.
- Induct new engineers and team leaders.
- Manage critical and complex changes.
- Initiate and drive continuous service improvement plans.
- Handle performance management, career development, and retention.
