Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or business development with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Experience or strong interest in the recruitment industry is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
  • Strong ability to independently generate leads and manage a full sales cycle
  • High level of tech-savviness, including CRM and modern sales tools proficiency
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results
  • Fluent professional English is required
  • Ability to commit at least 24 hours per week to sales activities

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow your own end-to-end sales pipeline independently
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads using modern outreach and acquisition strategies
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with a strong focus on revenue generation
  • Manage CRM systems and sales tools to track activity, performance, and pipeline health
  • Develop and refine your personal sales approach to improve conversion rates
  • Work autonomously while aligning with overall business growth objectives
  • Maintain consistent activity levels to drive predictable and scalable results
