Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in the Brazilian agricultural sector.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of agricultural drone operations, aerial application processes, or related technologies.
  • Strong negotiation, financial, and relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Brazilian agricultural landscape.
  • Existing professional network within the Brazilian agriculture market is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Brazil.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the Brazilian customer base for autonomous agricultural aviation solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and consultative support.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  • Support the organization and execution of customer demonstrations and industry events.
  • Conduct market assessments and customer segmentation analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product delivery and onboarding.
  • Support on-site customer operations during initial deployment phases.
