Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in the Brazilian agricultural sector.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of agricultural drone operations, aerial application processes, or related technologies.
- Strong negotiation, financial, and relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of the Brazilian agricultural landscape.
- Existing professional network within the Brazilian agriculture market is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Brazil.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the Brazilian customer base for autonomous agricultural aviation solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and consultative support.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Support the organization and execution of customer demonstrations and industry events.
- Conduct market assessments and customer segmentation analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product delivery and onboarding.
- Support on-site customer operations during initial deployment phases.
