Requirements

- Experience in spine, orthopedics, or related surgical fields.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing international distributor networks.
- Understanding of global healthcare systems and regulatory environments.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate across multiple time zones.
- Ability to manage international travel (up to 30%).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive international sales growth across assigned regions (EU, APAC, LATAM) by managing distributor networks.
- Develop and execute annual international sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and unit targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, key opinion leaders, and distributors.
- Support clinical education, including guidance on biologics and bone graft applications.
- Provide in-field support including case coverage and product in-servicing.
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new sales agents and distributors.
- Troubleshoot commercial and operational challenges across markets.
