Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business or technical discipline (psychology, nursing, biology, sociology, computer science or engineering).
- 7+ years of Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment.
- Previous CNS experience.
- Relationship management experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Master’s degree preferred (science or business).
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Previous CRO experience preferable.
- Supervisory/mentoring experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as main POC for individual studies and some sponsor portfolios.
- Independently lead complex global clinical trials projects.
- Manage Clinical Trials projects in Start-Up, Conduct or Close-Out phases.
- Proactively manage risks and guide team members.
- Oversight of resourcing and financials across a Portfolio of Projects.
- Generate invoices and maintain change order processes.
- Oversee internal projects focused on developing processes for new technologies.
- Develop operational deployment plans and provide training.
- Analyze project hours and budget utilization.
- Mentor and line manage project management and clinical operations staff.
