Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales tools management, or related operational roles.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven success supporting large-scale sales organizations (1,000+ users).
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with account segmentation and territory planning.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, own, and continuously improve Run-the-Business sales operations processes.
- Lead and develop a sales operations team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capacity planning.
- Drive account segmentation, territory design, and book-of-business frameworks.
- Partner with systems and data teams to improve Salesforce workflows and automate manual processes.
- Manage complex sales operations logic using CRM systems and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Support cross-functional alignment across sales, systems, and analytics teams.
- Champion operational excellence by embedding scalable, repeatable frameworks.
