Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven success supporting large-scale sales organizations (1,000+ users).
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with account segmentation and territory planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and continuously improve Run-the-Business sales operations processes.
  • Lead and develop a sales operations team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capacity planning.
  • Drive account segmentation, territory design, and book-of-business frameworks.
  • Partner with systems and data teams to improve Salesforce workflows and automate manual processes.
  • Manage complex sales operations logic using CRM systems and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
  • Support cross-functional alignment across sales, systems, and analytics teams.
  • Champion operational excellence by embedding scalable, repeatable frameworks.
