Requirements

  • 3-6 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a related function
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM required
  • Proficiency with other revenue technologies preferred (Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, Gainsight, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Pigment, or Tableau for analysis
  • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Team Player: able to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Analytical: Easily understands complex data and can effectively communicate actionable insights.
  • Organization and Planning: plans, organizes and prioritizes projects in an efficient, productive manner

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with sales, marketing, and other functions to understand business needs and challenges, and collaborate to ensure consistent messaging, smooth handoffs, and attainment of shared goals.
  • Act as the voice of sales in cross-functional initiatives, including product commercialization, ensuring excellence in executing on related operational needs.
  • Design and implement standardized, efficient workflows for the customer lifecycle, including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, etc.
  • Creation and maintenance of sales, marketing, and revenue-related reporting and dashboards in the CRM and/or BI platform.
  • Act as subject matter expert on Raintree processes, data, and revenue systems, and hold ownership of resolving related inquiries from salespeople and other Rainees.
