Requirements
- Extensive experience recruiting for corporate and specialty roles (IT, Marketing, Customer Care, Sales Leadership, etc.)
- Deep sourcing expertise, with a track record of building high-quality pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies
- Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple functions and priorities
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience using metrics to drive strategy and performance
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee all recruiting efforts across corporate and specialty functions
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Talent Managers and recruiters
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with business goals
- Ensure all requisitions are prioritized, actively managed, and filled with urgency
- Build and optimize sourcing strategies to create consistent, high-quality pipelines
- Develop and implement recruiting processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure
- Analyze hiring data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive accountability and performance across the recruiting team
- Maintain a high bar for talent and a strong, consistent candidate experience
