Responsibilities

  • Personalize messaging to improve response and reply rates
  • Continuously refine messaging using tools like ChatGPT
  • Test subject lines, angles, and CTAs for performance
  • Conduct targeted calls to priority prospects
  • Reinforce email campaigns with call-based follow-ups
  • Manage leads across structured outbound sequences
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
  • Book meetings for the sales team efficiently
  • Maintain clean data in HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
