Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking to employees and leadership
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration
- Experience in a government contracting (GovCon) environment
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)
- Exposure to benefits administration and employee lifecycle management
- Experience facilitating presentations or orientations
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or interest in obtaining)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
- Partner with leadership to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
- Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate pre-employment steps
- Own and execute new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup coordination, and communication
- Lead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions with professionalism and confidence
- Ensure all onboarding materials and processes are up-to-date and consistent
- Manage employee offboarding and termination processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal teams
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with brokers/vendors
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
