Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years in HR management at companies with over 100 employees.
  • Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation, etc.)
  • Develop plans for organizational growth structure.
  • Implement performance/change management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with management to explain HR policies and procedures.
