Requirements:
BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable. 8+ years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years in HR management at companies with over 100 employees. Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is a plus. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation, etc.) Develop plans for organizational growth structure. Implement performance/change management plans. Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations. Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding. Partner with management to explain HR policies and procedures.
