Requirements
- BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years in HR management at companies with over 100 employees.
- Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation, etc.)
- Develop plans for organizational growth structure.
- Implement performance/change management plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
- Partner with management to explain HR policies and procedures.
