Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field 3+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred PHR certification or ability to obtain preferred Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR leadership to support and implement human resources strategies Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientations, and relationship-building efforts Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and collaborating with departments Maintain HR systems and resources, including HRIS data and employee records Assist with compliance audits, integration of acquired companies, and ad-hoc HR projects Provide administrative support including recordkeeping, data entry, and file maintenance
