Contracts Administrator

Review, draft, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents.
Support the full contract lifecycle including proposal support, negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as FAR, DFARS, and other federal contracting requirements.
Maintain accurate contract records, files, and documentation in the company’s contract management systems.
Coordinate with internal teams including business development, finance, HR, and program management to ensure contract requirements are understood and executed.
Track contract deliverables, modifications, option periods, and key milestones.
Assist with reviewing solicitations, contract terms, and risk assessments during the proposal phase.
Monitor subcontractor agreements and ensure subcontract compliance with prime contract requirements.
