Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- OpenText Certification (ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 7+ years of experience with the OpenText Content Server or OpenText Records Management (formerly Livelink ECM)
- 2+ years of experience with record management business processes.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Enterprise Records Management solutions for federal customers
- Experience in a DoD (Department of Defense) environment is highly desired
- Experience with Cloud Hosting, OpenText Process Suite software, etc. is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on OpenText Content Server including Records Management.
- Provides Subject matter expertise on general record management practices.
- Assist in planning and executing new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency of DHA Records Management Systems.
- Develop OpenText Content Server workflow, SQL Reports, Test Plans, etc.
- Explain technical concepts and solutions to information technology personnel, management, and government personnel in an easy-to-understand manner
- Identify needs and resolve complex technical issues by documenting and implementing solutions. Provide technical expertise in automating, managing, and maintaining business processes.
- Manage IT projects providing technical documentation, reporting, resource estimates, problem resolution, and training
