  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners
  • Experience developing and executing regional business strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles from lead generation through contract closure
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike
  • Deep understanding of Latin American business culture and practices across different countries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the LATAM region, building a robust pipeline of prospects in security, retail, transportation, and other key verticals.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations across Latin American countries.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and technology partners to expand our market reach and accelerate growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their security challenges and demonstrating how our AI analytics solutions address their specific needs.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform product development and business strategy decisions.
  • Own regional sales targets and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project implementations and customer satisfaction.
