Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling or SDR roles
- Proven B2B cold calling experience with specific metrics (dials per day, connect rates, appointments set)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota consistently
- Ability to handle objections on the spot with word-for-word rebuttal
- Baseline knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM)
- Clear, direct communication (answer questions without rambling)
- Motivated by money and financial goals
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills (C1)
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls (150–200+ dials/day)
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow proven scripts while adapting to real-time conversations
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM
- Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates
- Take ownership of activity and hit daily dialing targets
- Consistently generate results
