Requirements

  • Proven B2B cold calling experience with specific metrics (dials per day, connect rates, appointments set)
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota consistently
  • Ability to handle objections on the spot with word-for-word rebuttal
  • Baseline knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM)
  • Clear, direct communication (answer questions without rambling)
  • Motivated by money and financial goals
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls (150–200+ dials/day)
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Follow proven scripts while adapting to real-time conversations
  • Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM
  • Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates
  • Take ownership of activity and hit daily dialing targets
