- Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
- Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX
- Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
- Lead our partnership work through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients, ensuring positive customer experience
- Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
- Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition
